Out of Control

Work was alright last night. Not too bad. Not terribly good. I worked in back with the banquet crew and it turned out that East Hartford was having their top 20 dinner that night too. Great.
After work, I managed to get the car and chill with peter and steve. That was crazy too. I'll spare you the details. I'm pretty sure that today I'm just staying home. Tomorrow I gotta wake up at like, 6:30.

The Da Vinci Shit

I have to go in to work today at 4:00. I guess they're having some banquet thing at Marco Polo. It kind of sucks, though, because tonight was the CRILA graduation that I wanted to go to. Maybe I'll still make it, who knows. This week looks bland already. I have the exam on Thursday. Biwak starts on Saturday. I might have to go buy a fucking hiking backpack before then. I really don't want to. Those shits are fucking expensive. Chances are, I'm going to end up spending anywhere from $100 to $150 bucks on this shit. God damn it.
I need to go to the movies and see some shit. There has been alot of buzz about films and shit lately. Like the Da Vinci Code. You have half of everyone saying that the movie is evil and if that if you believe in Jesus your eyes will fall out and your genitals will rot after watching the magic of directing genius (sarcasm) Ron Howard on the silver screen. That might have been a run-on sentence. Moving on: the other half of everyone is creaming over Dan Brown's story. His book managed to infiltrate a wide variety of demographic groups, which is a good thing for him, and a bad thing for everyone else. I want to read the book, because everyone is saying that it's really good. But at the same time, I don't want to read it for the same reason. If everyone says that the book is good, then how can it possibly be any good at all. Are people just reading this shit and pretending that they love it just so they can fit in and talk about it at their fucking book club meetings/around the water bubbler? Who the fuck knows. Let me just say that after ingesting some heavy-duty drugs last night, I spoke to Leonardo Da Vinci myself and he gave me his code. I'll agree to tell you as long as you guys promise not to tell ANYONE. Pinky swear. Alright, here is Da Vinci's code.

That'll be $7,830,857,283,837.67 .
I don't accept personal checks or credit cards.

Abelon Walk

Let's start off with Friday. Work at Marco Polo wasn't that bad. I finally got paid and shit. Finally. I have to go in again today at 5:00 and tomorrow at 4:30. There's supposed to be a banquet tomorrow...I hope it isn't a pain in the ass. Last night I just stayed in and watched Pulp Fiction with Dzo. I had to wake up this morning at around 8:00 for the memorial walk thing for Mr. Abelon. I was expecting to see more people there, but whatever. It was pretty nice. Mr. Abelon was an amazing teacher, and I'll never forget his unique teaching style. If you had him for bio, you know what I'm talking about. He's one of the people that made me consider the possibility of being a math teacher someday. I wouldn't mind that.
So hopefully tonight I'll be chillin with the boys, doin some crazy shit like usual.
Holy shit. Only four days until the FM exam. I'm shitting my pants over here.

Bridge and More

What a great night. Sorry. Allow me to back up a bit.
What a great day. Slept in, did a little work here and there, procrastinated, relaxed, did some other things. For the most part, my day was uninterrupted. I went to work at around 5:30. It was a slow night. I was kinda pissed because I didn't get paid again. I had better get paid. I don't want to have to crack some skulls. I got off work at around 9:00. I stopped by peter's house, and lebeau showed up too. We chilled a bit, ran an errand, and went back to my house. I changed, and off we went.
We went to the bridge to chill and other people were there. We didn't go up to them. As usual, the bridge was amazing. No complaints. The night wasn't too cold or too warm. It's truly amazing to hear the sound of Hartford from where we were. After chilling there for a while, we went to McDonalds and purchased some delicious treats. Bowski got dropped off. Then pete and I drove around for a bit and called it a night. I guess I can say this now.
What a great night.

Card Night

Tonight turned out to be a pretty legit night. A bunch of people ended up going over to the Kenyon household to play cards and shit like that. Bowski was like, three hours late picking me up but I love that kid so it's ok. It was good to see him again. Apel, Shames, me, Lebeau, Doak, and Jess were all over Kenyon's. The whole point of the night was to start on one of our projects for the summer, which is to create a board game, patent it, and hopefully license it to a major game manufacturer. That would be pretty sweet. I'm sure we could do it too, just because we're crazy like that. We did get some good ideas down.
It is good to see that people are doing their blogs again (Shames, Eastman, Quach, and hopefully LeBeau). I made a quick background in Fireworks; I'm not sure if I like it or not. It looks kind of weird...I don't know.
Tomorrow I gotta get my ass to work at 6, which isn't that bad because I could sleep in. Who knows how late I'll be working though... Peter needs to get off his fucking ass and talk to a friend of his to straighten out any purchasing concerns we may have (the right people know what I'm talking about). It needs to stop raining.
I know this entry isn't funny, because I didn't try to make it funny. It'll get better with time. Right now you're gonna have to deal with what you get. Bitches.

Return of the Blog

Yes; it's back. It just might be better than ever.
I have decided to start up my blog again. Summer is here, and I have lots of free time to burn. I remember how fun it was to read everyone else's blog, so I hope that other people will start blogging again too (bowski, j marge, anyone else). We had some funny shit going for a while.
I made new banners for the top of the page. I still haven't decided if I want to change anything else about the blog. The colors might be a little boring. We'll see....
